Our Story
We started Elamystic with one belief: that the world's best spices deserve to be tasted, not just bought. Every product has a story, a farm, a family behind it.
The beginning
Born in Kerala, built for the world
Our founders grew up watching grandmothers select spices with uncompromising care โ rejecting anything that wasn't perfectly matured, responsibly harvested, or honestly labelled. When they moved away from home, they couldn't find that quality anywhere. So they created it. We started by driving to 14 farms across Kerala, Karnataka, and Tamil Nadu โ tasting, negotiating, and building relationships. That personal approach defines everything we do.
Our sourcing
We know every farm by name
Every Elamystic spice is sourced from a single estate. We don't blend with commercial stock. We visit farms personally, taste every batch, and pay fair prices โ often above market rate โ because quality comes from relationships, not commodities. We currently work with 11 farms across 6 states, each with at least 20 years of growing history.
